Hi Annette! I hope you can make it on Monday, March 5th to our second meeting! Diet and exercise author Nedra Ward will read from her book "How I Mastered the Mind Game of Weigh Loss." We are meeting at Northwestern University in Evanston. If you can't make it, don't worry; I am continuing to find different days, times, and places so that everyone has a chance to come.
