"Green Real Estate Development"??!
?!?!?!?!So... developing the many, many empty Chicago lots into community use parks and green spaces, adding value beyond simple rental monetary terms? Or, just using the "green brand" to sell higher priced condos and strip malls?
Can you sense my skepticism of the overall humanistic value in real estate development?
