Featuring Environmentally-Friendly Vendors, Services and Cutting Edge Music!

This innovative green technology-themed event will reflect the hip and environmentally-conscious West Town community by fusing original live music with green vendors, services and local retail, art, craft and food vendors.

An estimated 60-plus vendors and sponsors will participate in the Second Annual Green Music Fest. The event will also be produced in the most eco-friendly way possible with bio-diesel fuel operated generators, biodegradable plastic cups, recycling and composting options.

Green Music Fest patrons are encouraged to use public transportation, the El blue line Chicago Avenue stop is a few blocks east. Green Music Fest also features a FREE BIKE VALET.

Admission to the Green Music Fest is $5 suggested donation.

An FYI: In case, anyone was trying to map this location and it was off. The zip is 60622 not 60626. It is on the Green Music website but the link is programmed wrong and does not redirect you to google.

Kimberly, Thanks for catching that! These maps aren't always accurate as I have found out. This one is especially bad because it doesn't have a specific address but rather a vicinity which only adds to the problem for mapping purposes and coordinate searching. Hope that solves the problem. ;~}

The meetup was great, I was only able to find and talk to a few members, perhaps I missed the others in the other entrances. It was however, nice to hang out with the few and have some lively chat. Samosas and coconut water added to the taste.
