This is a full day event (9am to 4pm) and everyone is welcome to stop by at anytime or possibly contribute an hour or two by helping to promote our group at the booth. However, we designate 1pm as the specific time for our meetup, so we could socialize and all hang out together.
If you would like to help us at our booth, please specify the time when you're available in your RSVP comment or in "Talk about this Meetup" area below the event description. Even an hour or two would help us tremendous and will be very much appreciated!
Also, you can use "Talk about this Meetup" area to discuss car-pooling. Please specify your location area and whether you're asking or offering a ride.
